Team Lead PCB Assembly (m/f/d) (Group Leader, Team Leader)

Area of Responsibility

• Leadership and deployment planning of a team of approx. 20 employees in the area of PCB assembly
• Ensuring quality, delivery dates, and smooth production processes
• Optimization of processes as well as maintenance of technical documentation
• Implementation and compliance with ESD, occupational safety, and 5S guidelines
• Promotion and qualification of team members
• Participation in innovation and improvement projects

Qualifications

• Completed technical training, ideally with further training at Meister or Technician level or corresponding professional experience in electronics manufacturing
• Experience in leading teams or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
• Knowledge in the areas of ESD, quality assurance, occupational safety, and 5S
• Strong organizational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
• High team and communication competence
