Repair Department Specialist (m/f/d) (Mechatronics Technician)

Area of Responsibility

• Error analysis and repair of our new developments as well as a wide variety of electronic and mechanical products, components, and parts
• Complete processing of our repair orders in the ERP system
• Configuration and operation of the test programs used
• Creation and maintenance of maintenance and testing instructions
• Internal and external contact person for repair and warranty orders from customers and partners
• Contribution to product improvement and quality assurance

Qualifications

• Completed technical training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
• Technical understanding and experience in electronics production
• Precise working style, manual dexterity, and good English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as ERP/SAP systems
