Die Bond Technician / Operator

Your tasks

Job Responsibilities

1. Operate Die Bond equipment, perform material loading/unloading, and carry out production activities.
2. Follow SOPs for equipment operation, first-piece verification, and quality inspection.
3. Maintain production records, perform daily equipment checks, and support 5S activities.
4. Conduct visual inspections and report any process abnormalities.
5. Support production schedules and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

2. Basic Requirements

1. High school diploma or above; field of study is not restricted.
2. Basic computer skills.
3. Detail-oriented, patient, and responsible.
4. Good learning ability and strong teamwork skills.
5. Able to perform microscope inspections, operate precision equipment, and handle repetitive tasks.
6. Willing to work in a cleanroom environment, comply with ESD requirements, and work shifts when required.
