Accounts & Finance Executive

Summary

A leading Multinational Corporation (MNC)headquartered in Taiwan is establishing a new factory in Singapore. We areseeking Accounts & Finance Executive responsible for local overallfinancial affairs and have an extensive knowledge of the compliances and taxregulations in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable and Receivable : Process vendor invoices, manage customer billings,and track incoming and outgoing payments.
• General Ledger and Reconciliations : Maintain the general ledger and perform monthlybank and account reconciliations.
• Month-End and Year-End Closing : Prepare journal entries for accruals, prepayments,and fixed assets, and finalize accounts for audit readiness.
• Tax and Statutory Compliance : Assist with tax filings, Goods and Services Tax(GST) returns, and local regulatory requirements.
• Financial Reporting : Help prepare trial balances, basic financialstatements, and simple consolidation reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor in Accounting,Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years accountingexperience
• Must have sound knowledge ofSingapore tax compliances and financial regulations
• Must be proficient in MicrosoftExcel
• Able to speak Chinese to communicate with stakeholders internally
