Tax Manager

About the company

We're currently working on the behalf of a well-established, reputable firm of Accountants seeking a new Tax Manager to join their friendly team. The role will consist of a variety of duties including:

Your tasks

• Preparing Income Tax Returns and Corporation Tax Returns and submission to HMRC
• Answering queries from HMRC via phone, email & letter
• Dealing with R&D tax claims - working with a consultant who prepares the report
• Working proactively to solve tax issues
• Liaising with clients in a professional and friendly manner via phone, email & in person
• Utilising prior experience with CGT / IHT and Trust

Requirements

The company are ideally looking for a full-time person, with experience working within Tax in private practice (you must have experience working within a firm of Accountants). They offer a variety of benefits including sickness cover, death in service & BUPA.
