Job description

Supervise and coordinate daily people & culture operations in line with Accor values, policies, and procedures

Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding

Support workforce planning and coordinate staffing requirements with department heads

Maintain accurate employee records, people & culture documentation, and personnel administration

Assist with employee engagement, retention, recognition, and wellbeing initiatives

Support performance management, employee relations, disciplinary processes, and grievance handling

Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and statutory requirements

Coordinate compensation and benefits administration and ensure accurate and timely processing

Support learning and development, training, and career development initiatives

Prepare people & culture reports, maintain metrics, and provide relevant information to management

Promote a positive workplace culture focused on engagement, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Supervise, coach, and support HR team members in their daily responsibilities

Assist the HR manager/director in implementing people & culture initiatives and projects

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

3–5 years of HR experience, preferably within the hospitality industry

Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred

Good knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and employee relations

Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR administration

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
