Job description
Manage the daily operations of the assigned restaurant, bar, lounge, or other food and beverage outlet
Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure memorable dining experiences
Lead, coach, and motivate the outlet team to achieve high performance and service excellence
Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and presentation in line with luxury hospitality standards
Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and operating costs to maximize efficiency and profitability
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations
Collaborate with the culinary and other hotel teams to deliver seamless operations and achieve business goals
Handle guest feedback professionally and implement continuous service improvements
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in hospitality management, hotel management, or a related field
Minimum 5–8 years of food and beverage experience, including supervisory or management experience in a hotel or upscale restaurant
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service, and food and beverage standards
Commercial awareness with experience in cost control and team management
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Previous experience with an international hotel brand is an advantage
