Job description

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service

Assist in the all operations of ReConnect membership program and to have knowledge of all fitness classes and offerings

Assist guest with the check-in to facilities

Assist guests with product information and retail sales

Provide guest information relating to fitness classes, pool day pass and special offers, membership offerings

Assist guest with payment collection for their respective membership

Prepare agreement as per requirements

Brief the guest about his benefits as part of his membership

Being able to solve guests issues, concerns

Follow departmental policies and procedures

Follow all safety and sanitation policies

Report any problems or questions to ReConnect assistant manager

Maintain membership database

Maintain membership records

Respond in a professional manner to members enquires and assisting with any requests with regards to their membership

Consolidate monthly reporting of all membership activities

To report anything which may be a health & safety hazard

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous experience in luxury hotel environment desirable but not essential

High school diploma, vocational training and/or 1 year work experience

Fluent in English (written & verbal) essential

Friendly and pleasant disposition with people interaction skills

Highly level of personal cleanliness and grooming

Previous fitness center experience preferred

CPR and first aid certification preferred

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Russian speaker

High problem solving ability
