Job description

As part of the Business Development team, you will be exposed to a wide range of responsibilities including:

Supporting in hotel contracts, feasibility studies and investment analysis for new hotel and F&B projects globally

Conducting market research and competitive benchmarking across key markets

Assisting in the creation of compelling, investor-facing presentations and development proposals

Engaging in real estate valuation reviews and financial modelling

Collaborating cross-functionally with brand, design, and F&B teams

Helping to prepare internal strategy reports and development tracking tools

Qualifications

Prior experience in hotel and/or restaurant operations

Knowledge of market research, feasibility, and valuation in the hospitality and real estate sectors

Aesthetic and design sensibility with an ability to create visually engaging presentations

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent report writing skills

A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to manage deadlines and multitask under pressure

Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills

Fluency in English is an absolute minimum!
