What you will be doing:

Create memorable first impressions by welcoming guests with warmth, elegance, and genuine care

Manage reservations and seating arrangements seamlessly to ensure a personalized and smooth dining experience

Escort guests to their tables and share the unique stories and experiences that make MGallery special

Anticipate guest preferences and handle special requests with grace and attention to detail

Collaborate closely with the restaurant and culinary teams to deliver exceptional service during breakfast, à la carte dining, banquets, and bespoke events

Qualifications

Clear understanding of HACCP standards and food safety regulations

Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations

Passion for delivering warm, personalized, and memorable guest experiences

Professional, friendly, and well-groomed with a positive attitude

Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine connections with guests and colleagues

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safe handling practices

Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and work flexible schedules
