We are seeking an experienced general manager to lead a high-profile luxury destination in the UAE. This is an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic hotelier who thrives in fast-paced environments, inspires high-performing teams, and consistently delivers exceptional commercial and operational results.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience as a general manager within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort
Strong knowledge of the UAE hospitality market, ideally with experience in Abu Dhabi
Proven ability to drive revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, and brand excellence
Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for developing talent and creating a positive culture
Experience managing complex operations and large multicultural teams
Strong owner and stakeholder relationship management skills
Commercially astute with a hands-on approach and a commitment to operational excellence
