Job description
Lead and supervise the in-villa dining team during shifts
Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, garnishes, and preparation methods
Greet guests warmly and provide professional, personalized in-room dining service
Set up, present, and serve meals according to departmental standards
Respond to guest enquiries and promote upselling opportunities
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of trolleys, workstations, and equipment
Follow food safety and HACCP standards at all times
Handle collection and breakdown of used dishes, trays, and trolleys efficiently
Report guest feedback, complaints, and irregularities to management
Support other F&B outlets during busy periods as needed
Safely operate and drive a buggy for timely delivery and collection of orders
Take full responsibility for destination dining setups and create "WOW Experiences"
Train, coach, and mentor junior waitstaff
Coordinate daily tasks and ensure timely service delivery
Qualifications
2–3 years luxury in-room dining experience
Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or captain role
Excellent English communication skills
Additional languages are a plus
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to work outdoors
Professional grooming and guest discretion
