Job description

As public relations manager, you will develop and execute the hotel’s public relations strategy, manage media relationships, oversee high-impact events, and ensure consistent internal and external communication aligned with brand and corporate standards.

You will act as the guardian of the hotel’s public image — protecting it, elevating it, and amplifying it.

Public relations strategy & planning

Establish and manage a yearly (or half-yearly) PR action plan and budget

Drive proactive PR initiatives to maximize brand exposure

Align property-level PR with corporate direction and brand standards

Media relations

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers and media representatives

Draft and approve press releases, media pitches and PR materials

Organize press conferences, interviews and media appearances

Host press cocktails and press lunches at the hotel

Monitor media coverage and track PR campaign performance

Events & brand activation

Lead preparation, organization and follow-up of PR events

Represent the hotel at conferences, exhibitions and industry events

Collaborate cross-functionally to support rooms, F&B and banquet sales through PR initiatives

Crisis communication

Develop crisis communication strategies

Respond effectively and professionally to reputational risks

Internal public relations

Keep hotel staff informed of relevant company and brand updates

Support internal communications and contribute to corporate publications

Collaborate with other Accor properties for cross-marketing initiatives

Corporate alignment

Work closely with corporate public relations on group initiatives

Participate in annual PR workshops

Maintain strong knowledge of brand positioning and group standards

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications or related field

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Vietnam in public relations (hospitality experience strongly preferred)

Strong leadership capability and ability to influence senior stakeholders

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Confident spokesperson with polished presentation skills

Strategic thinker with strong crisis management ability

Commercial awareness and understanding of luxury brand positioning

Additional information

Strong understanding of ultra-luxury wellness concepts and brand alignment

Experience in pre-opening operations, project coordination, and setup of wellness facilities is highly preferred

Ability to create innovative and culturally relevant wellness experiences aligned with the Red Sea destination

A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of accountability and ownership

Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with luxury standards
