Job description

Perform AC and refrigeration maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work.

Complete assigned daily tasks independently and within the required timeframe.

Respond promptly to technical issues and maintenance concerns.

Monitor workshop tools, spare parts, and stock levels.

Follow hotel safety procedures, operational standards, and emergency protocols.

Maintain professional workmanship and consistently deliver high-quality results.

Work effectively both independently and as part of the engineering team.

Support task-force assignments, new hotel openings, and other duties as required.

Qualifications

Diploma or technical certification in air conditioning and refrigeration.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Additional information

Strong knowledge of AC and refrigeration maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

Able to work independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Familiar with safety standards, emergency procedures, and preventive maintenance.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and emergency call-outs.
