Oracle GTM Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) Specialist to support Oracle Cloud-based global trade management and compliance operations. The role will focus on Oracle GTM functional configuration, trade compliance processes, system integration, testing, deployment and production support. The successful candidate will work with business and technical stakeholders to ensure that Oracle GTM solutions effectively support global trade and logistics requirements. Key Responsibilities Support and maintain Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) solutions and related business processes. Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into Oracle GTM functional solutions. Perform fit-gap analysis, functional design, configuration, testing and deployment activities. Configure and optimize Oracle GTM processes covering:Trade compliance screeningRestricted Party Screening (RPS/RPLS)Product classificationLicence managementCustoms complianceDeclaration managementTrade transaction processing Conduct business workshops and facilitate requirements discussions. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other testing activities. Support quarterly Oracle Cloud releases and perform regression testing. Provide production support, troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution of system and business-process issues. Maintain functional and configuration documentation. Support integration activities between Oracle GTM/OTM and other Oracle Cloud applications and enterprise systems. Monitor integration transmissions, investigate failures and support reprocessing activities. Work with technical teams and stakeholders to implement improvements to Oracle GTM processes. Oracle GTM Functional Expertise The successful candidate should have hands-on experience with: Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) End-to-end global trade compliance processes Restricted Party Screening (RPS/RPLS) Product Classification, including HTS, HS, ECCN and Schedule B Licence Determination and Management Trade Agreement Qualification Compliance Rule Configuration Trade Transaction Processing Declaration Management Customs Compliance and Filing Processes Oracle GTM master data, including Parties, Contacts, Items, Trade Transactions, Licences and Declarations Trade content from third-party content providers GTM Configuration Skills Experience configuring, troubleshooting and supporting: Automation Agents Saved Queries Data Queries Compliance Rules Service Preferences Service Parameters Workbenches Screen Sets Manager Layouts Actions and Menus User Roles and Access Controls Knowledge of Automation Agents and SQL for event-driven processing and business-process automation will be an advantage. Integration & Technical Skills Experience with Oracle GTM/OTM integrations using:REST APIsHTTP POSTSOAP Web ServicesCSV Data Loads Experience integrating Oracle GTM with:Oracle ERP CloudOracle Fusion ApplicationsOracle E-Business Suite (EBS)SAPJD Edwards (JDE)Other enterprise applications Understanding of inbound and outbound transmissions. Experience troubleshooting integration issues and supporting transmission reprocessing. Ability to work with technical teams on integration requirements and solution design. Preferred Experience Oracle Transportation Management ( OTM ) knowledge. Oracle E-Business Suite Order Management and Shipping Execution. Oracle Integration Cloud ( OIC ). Knowledge of US AES filing. Knowledge of ECCN and export-control requirements. Knowledge of Foreign Trade Zones (FTZ). Understanding of international customs regulations and global trade compliance. Key Requirements Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or a related discipline . Relevant experience working with Oracle GTM and global trade management systems. Strong understanding of global trade compliance processes. Hands-on experience with Oracle GTM configuration and support. Experience with requirements analysis, functional design, testing and implementation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.
