You will be responsible for ensuring correct daily operation, application of work procedures, service policies, and guest care, as well as supervising the work of receptionists and resolving complaints. Be responsible for the optimal development of each receptionist's tasks. Follow up on pending matters within the department. Responsible for guiding the team toward achieving established goals. Perform shift handovers, following pre-established practices. Report any situation considered dangerous or suspicious in the hotel. Comply with the hotel's internal regulations, as well as the policies and procedures of your department. Reflect the ideal attitudes of the connector "I connect", "I involve", "I go beyond" and "I personalize" which are the foundations of Accor's values. Comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. Attend all training sessions scheduled by the company. Execute other related functions according to the needs of the area.

Requirements Technical or University Professional Studies in: Hoteleria y Turismo, Administracion en Hoteleria o Turismo, Gestión Hotelera, etc. Office at Intermediate Level Excel at Intermediate level Sistema Opera Cloud Advanced Languages: English Advanced Experience: 02 to 03 years in the position or in similar roles
