Main Mission: To guarantee the correct administration and control of inventories through the planning, supervision, and optimization of warehouse operations, ensuring the timely supply of materials and supplies for the continuity of hotel operations. Likewise, to prepare and analyze management indicators and reports that allow for monitoring warehouse performance and contributing to decision-making and the continuous improvement of processes. Functions: Supervise and ensure the correct reception, storage, preservation, and dispatch of materials and supplies, verifying compliance with established procedures. Guarantee the timely and accurate recording of inventory movements (entries, exits, transfers, and returns) in the system. Ensure the proper classification, identification, and storage of products, ensuring compliance with rotation policies (FIFO/FEFO where applicable). Supervise the timely supply to the different user areas, guaranteeing the continuity of operations. Control the quality, quantity, and condition of the products received and dispatched. Plan, coordinate, and execute cyclic and general inventories, ensuring the reliability of the information. Analyze inventory differences, identify their causes, and implement corrective actions. Permanently monitor stock levels to prevent shortages, over-inventories, and losses. Prepare periodic reports on consumption, inventories, and warehouse management indicators for decision-making. Manage the documentation corresponding to warehouse operations, including vouchers, entry and exit notes, returns, and other records. Coordinate with the Purchasing area the return of non-conforming products and perform the corresponding follow-up. Supervise, distribute, and follow up on the activities of the personnel in charge, ensuring the fulfillment of the area's objectives. Coordinate the portioning process of meats and cold cuts, verifying compliance with established standards. Ensure the order, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the warehouse facilities. Identify improvement opportunities and implement actions aimed at optimizing logistical processes and inventory control. Comply with and enforce corporate policies, safety standards, occupational health, and food safety applicable to the area. Perform other functions related to the position that are assigned by their immediate supervisor.

Technical graduate in Administration, Logistics, Hotel Administration, Tourism, or related careers. 3 to 4 years of general experience (02 years as warehouse manager, warehouse supervisor, person in charge, or others) Knowledge in Warehouse management, inventory control, stock management, SAP Business One or similar ERP. (indispensable). English at a basic level Office at an intermediate level (Excel, Word, PPT)
