Objective: Supervise and execute the activities developed in F&B, meeting the brand's time, cost, and quality criteria, stimulating sales and increasing F&B revenue. Practically apply the 4 pillars of F&B: excellent quality, entertainment, listening to the customer, and inspiring and motivating the team. Put the customer at the "heart" of everything that is done, in order to offer them a unique and unforgettable experience, in compliance with the Accor Service Culture. Duties and responsibilities: Supervise F&B activities, distributing tasks and guiding the team. Monitor the operation of the restaurant, buffet, and bar, ensuring quality, hygiene, and food safety standards. Conduct briefings and support team development. Monitor sales, costs, and indicators, seeking greater profitability. Participate in the creation of menus and ensure the quality of products and services. Monitor purchases, suppliers, and receipt of goods. Support customer service and provide a good experience. Ensure the organization, equipment, and safety of the area.
Minimum Ongoing Higher Education in Administration, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related areas. Experience in the F&B area. Knowledge in customer service, service management, and Office Package. Good Food Safety Practices. Pre-intermediate English. Desirable Completed Higher Education. Experience in the position. Knowledge in Gastronomy, Hotel Management, or People Management. Knowledge in bars, wines, kitchen, and restaurant operation. Intermediate English.
