In this dynamic and young setting, Ibis Styles Gare de l’Est Château Landon is recruiting its future Floating Receptionist on a CDD basis. At the reception, you are not just a point of arrival, you are the first and last impression left on the client, and often the one they remember most. Your main missions will be the following: Welcome our clients with a smile and service faithful to the Heartist spirit,

Manage arrivals and departures smoothly thanks to our FOLS computer system,

Respond to calls and client requests with energy, reactivity, and efficiency,

Manage daily operations: cash handling, tourist information, safety instructions...,

Ensure the link between clients, the reception team, and management for clear and fluid communication,

Ensure the proper upkeep of the reception area, because a clean and welcoming place is part of the client experience.

This list of missions is non-exhaustive.

You have at least 6 months of experience in reception, allowing you to integrate quickly into the team,

You have a good command of the FOLS software,

You speak English fluently (and if you master other languages, it's the icing on the cake),

You have an excellent sense of customer relations, you know how to welcome, listen, and resolve situations with calmness and a smile,

You are organized and capable of managing several tasks in parallel with efficiency,

You are flexible and know how to adapt easily to daily unforeseen events,

And above all, you bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a true passion for your profession.

Conditions: Contract type: Replacement CDD

Availability: immediate

Working time: 39h per week

Work organization: flexible hours during the week and on weekends
