The Ibis Styles Paris Gare de l’Est Château Landon is looking for its future Night Receptionist in a part-time CDI (15.60 hours per week), to cover the nights from Saturday to Sunday and from Sunday to Monday. As a true ambassador of the Ibis Styles Paris Gare de l’Est Château Landon, you will guarantee a warm and professional welcome throughout the night. Autonomous during your shift, you will also ensure the continuity of operations, the security of the establishment, as well as the reliability of end-of-day administrative and financial operations. Your main missions Ensure the welcome of our guests during the night, as well as late arrivals and early departures; Listen to guests, respond to their requests, and provide quick and appropriate solutions to guarantee their satisfaction; Handle telephone calls and process information or reservation requests; Perform the various end-of-day closing operations and check the consistency of recorded operations; Prepare the necessary elements for the smooth start of the morning team's activity; Ensure a clear and complete transmission of information between the evening, night, and morning teams; Ensure the calm, comfort, and security of guests and the establishment throughout the duration of the shift; Manage any incidents, complaints, or unforeseen situations that may occur during the night with calm, autonomy, and professionalism; Ensure the proper upkeep of the reception area as well as compliance with procedures, quality standards, and the establishment's security rules; Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet so that everything is ready for the opening and the arrival of the first guests. You have initial experience in reception or in the hotel sector; You have a good command of the FOLS software or are comfortable with IT tools and capable of adapting quickly to our tools; You speak English fluently (and if you master other languages, it's the icing on the cake!); You have an excellent sense of customer relations: you know how to welcome, listen, and manage different situations with calm and professionalism; You know how to manage several tasks in parallel and face unforeseen events with reactivity and composure.
