What will you do in your day-to-day?

You will be an active part of the guest experience from the very first minute. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and saying goodbye to every customer.
• Personalizing the stay of our most loyal customers.
• Managing requests, incidents, and needs.
• Ensuring a close, efficient, and memorable experience.
• Coordinating with other departments.
• Managing calls, emails, and requests.
• Contributing to the objectives of the department and the ALL program.
• Bringing ideas, energy, and the desire to build.

We want people who do not limit themselves to just "doing their shift," but who want to bring real value to the team and the hotel.
