Objective: Receive guests / customers, providing various information and complying with check-in and check-out procedures, under guidance and meeting excellence standards in service. Duties and Responsibilities: Receive guests/customers at the counter, identifying them and providing various information and clarifications (reservations, flight confirmation, addresses/phone numbers of locations, complaints, etc.), under guidance. Perform guest check-in, arranging for the completion of registration forms, proceeding with the delivery of keys, and directing them to their respective apartments. Perform guest check-out, executing invoice closing, receiving payments, as well as assembling/organizing the respective processes. Ensure compliance with reception procedures, as well as preparing "Self-Control" processes and procedures. Feed the system with the customer's reservation information. Perform the shift handover, strictly following pre-established procedures. Handle telephone calls, following the standards of the network and the unit. Maintain the area's files properly organized. Execute other related duties according to the needs of the area.
Minimum: High School Diploma; Knowledge of Microcomputing as a user; Internet and Office Package; Basic English. Desirable: Currently studying Higher Education in Tourism, Hospitality, or compatible; Intermediate English and Spanish; Experience in the area.
