Reception Agent

First impressions are everything! As a reception agent, you will be responsible for attending to guests from the moment of their arrival until their departure, ensuring they enjoy an unforgettable experience with us.

Welcome guests, perform check-in, handle requests, and manage accounts, always offering exceptional service

Take the initiative to offer a personalized experience

Proudly promote the hotel facilities, seeking opportunities to enhance the guests' stay through the sale of additional services

Your experience and skills include:

A service-oriented personality is essential English B2

Experience is an advantage

Previous experience working with Opera or a similar system

Proficiency in English

Knowledge of other languages will be valued
