Multi-skilled Floating Receptionist M/F - Ibis Honfleur

We are recruiting for our Ibis hotel located in Honfleur, a Multi-skilled Floating Receptionist M/F in CDI. Our Ibis*** hotel located in Honfleur is near the city center and major sightseeing spots such as the Vieux Bassin or the Lieutenance. Close to the Pont de Normandie, the hotel is ideally located. It consists of 60 rooms decorated in a contemporary style, features a bar offering a snacking menu, and offers breakfast in buffet form.

Under the responsibility of the Director, we entrust you with the following missions:

• Welcoming guests
• Management of the telephone switchboard, emails, and reservations
• Management of administrative and IT procedures related to check-in and check-out
• Informing guests about stay conditions, rates, restaurant hours… and responding to all their requests during their stay.
• Cash register control
• Service at the bar and snacking area
• Setting up and serving the breakfast buffet

You are: You have an excellent sense of welcome and service, you are organized, dynamic, and rigorous. You have a minimum proficiency in English and IT tools.

The work schedule will be as follows: Position mainly in the evening (13:55-21:15) + 2 weekly rest days (consecutive or not) including 1 guaranteed Saturday/Sunday per month. Position to be filled immediately in CDI full-time (35h/week). Remuneration: €12.45 gross/hour + monthly bonuses based on objectives (potential of €220 gross/month) + meal allowances (€4.35 gross/worked day)
