First impressions are everything! As a Receptionist, you take care of our guests from their arrival until their departure, ensuring they have a memorable experience. To strengthen our team during the absence of a team member, we are looking for a multiskilled receptionist: Your role: Welcome guests, Handle check-in and check-out, Prepare billing and collection while ensuring exceptional service Provide Room service and bar service Offer a personalized experience for the guest Promote the establishment's facilities, Improve the guests' stay by proposing services
