Your role: Welcome guests, ensure check-in and check-out, prepare billing and collection while guaranteeing exceptional service Offer a personalized experience for the guest Promote the establishment's facilities, improve guests' stays by proposing services

Your experience and skills include: similar experience is a plus Proficiency in FOLS software or equivalent Proficiency in English Practice of other languages is a plus.
