Located in the immediate vicinity of the Nice Côte d’Azur airport and the Promenade des Anglais, Ibis Nice Aéroport Promenade des Anglais welcomes both French and international clientele, both tourist and professional. As part of strengthening our team, we are looking for a Senior Night Receptionist (M/F) in a CDI, full-time. As the true point of reference for the hotel during the night, you are the guarantor of the quality of welcome, the security of the establishment, and compliance with operational procedures. 🌙 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Autonomous and experienced, you ensure the continuity of the hotel's activity during the night. 🛎️ Welcome & Customer Relations Ensure guest arrivals and departures during the night Guarantee a warm, professional, and personalized welcome Respond to requests and ensure follow-up on customer needs Manage any complex situations or incidents with calmness and professionalism Ensure the security and tranquility of the establishment Perform necessary rounds and checks 💰 Rigor and Cash Control Particular attention will be paid to rigor in the application of cash control procedures. You will specifically be responsible for: Perform cash controls with precision Carry out end-of-day closures and operations Control payments and various means of payment Identify and immediately report any anomaly Guarantee the traceability of operations in accordance with the establishment's procedures Ensure a clear and complete handover of information to the day team Reliability, rigor, and compliance with procedures are essential criteria for this position. ☕ Breakfast Preparation You will also actively participate in the setup of the breakfast service. You will specifically be responsible for: Prepare and set up the buffet before the arrival of the first customers Organize the setup across several buffet areas Ensure the availability and presentation of various products Monitor the cleanliness and attractiveness of the spaces Anticipate service needs Ensure an efficient handover to the morning team This mission requires organization, anticipation, and attention to detail so that the service is perfectly operational upon opening.
👤 THE SEARCHED PROFILE Ideally, we are looking for an experienced professional, with a rather senior profile, having a good knowledge of reception duties and hotel operations. You have: Significant experience in hotel reception and/or Night Audit Real autonomy in night work Excellent organizational skills Great rigor in following procedures Good mastery of cash and closing operations A sense of responsibility A professional and exemplary attitude The ability to manage unforeseen events with composure An excellent sense of welcome and customer service Mastery of English is indispensable. A second foreign language is appreciated.
