We are recruiting a Night Receptionist (STUDENT) (M/F) on a 20h CDI contract to complete the Combo Mercure/Ibis Achères team. As a Night Receptionist, you take care of our customers from their arrival until their departure, ensuring they have a memorable experience. Your role: Welcome customers, handle check-in and check-out, establish billing and collection while guaranteeing exceptional service Respond to telephone calls and occasionally take reservations Respond to various customer requests and ensure follow-up to guarantee their satisfaction Actively participate in the establishment's quality performance and customer loyalty Promote the establishment's facilities, improving the customers' stay by proposing hotel services Apply the procedures and policies defined by the brand and the hotel regarding customer control and personal safety Ensure the proper closing of the day. Ensure no-shows are billed Know the evacuation procedures

We are looking for for this position: A profile with a first experience in reception required Mastery of the PMS OPERA CLOUD Professional/fluent English level (written and spoken) Sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills Organization, autonomy and versatility Available on weekdays and public holidays
