Located west of Saint-Nazaire, the Appart’hôtel Adagio Access Saint-Nazaire benefits from a privileged location, just 10 minutes from the city center and the beaches of Pornichet. Its location allows quick access to the main industrial sites of Saint-Nazaire as well as the seaside resorts of La Baule and Pornichet. Rated 3 stars, our establishment has 80 accommodations, consisting of 60 studios of 23 m² for 2 people and 20 1-bedroom apartments of 37 m² that can accommodate up to 4 people. Each accommodation benefits from an equipped kitchen and free internet connection. Designed to welcome all travelers under the best conditions, the establishment is fully accessible to persons with reduced mobility (PMR). Our clients can also enjoy numerous services and spaces: a grocery store for daily purchases, convivial spaces dedicated to work and relaxation, a breakfast area with an all-you-can-eat buffet, as well as a gym with free access. Free parking is also available, with two 22 kW charging stations for electric vehicles. The establishment is open all year round, 7 days a week, from 6:30 am to 9:00 pm, thus offering a dynamic environment.
Your main missions:
- Welcome and inform customers; you are the guarantor of the smooth running of their stay
- Reservation management
- Handle the telephone switchboard
- Perform payments and invoicing.
- Breakfast versatility for morning shifts and order management
- Respect internal procedures
- Collaboration with the housekeeper and housekeeping staff for the preparation of cleaning schedules.

Professional experience Minimum experience required: 1 year minimum experience is desired Required languages: English (read, written, spoken) Required skills: Knowledge of RESA WEB would be an asset (ACCOR reservation software) Knowledge of hotel software (OPERA CLOUD)
Information about the position to be filled: CDI Full time, 35h/week Hourly rate between 12.55€ and 14.00€ gross Hours: 6:30 am-2:00 pm or 1:30 pm-9:00 pm 1 Weekend off per month minimum 2 consecutive days off
