OBJECTIVE:

To receive and provide various services to guests/customers, supporting them upon arrival and departure from the hotel and providing various requested information.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive guests/customers upon arrival at the hotel, greeting them, handling luggage, accompanying them to the apartment, presenting the facilities, and providing general information about the unit and others.
  • Execute delivery services for documents, packages, and others to the apartments, attending to guest requests, as well as controlling the sending and receiving of pouches.
  • Ensure the conservation and cleanliness of the reception area (cleaning ashtrays, organizing newspapers and magazines, etc.).
  • Take care of luggage, ensuring its integrity and security, as well as identifying it correctly by attaching the luggage tag.
  • Maintain the organization and control of items stored in the Luggage Room, such as protocols, suitcases, etc.
  • Intermediary information between taxi requests and taxi drivers.
