You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality services provided through professional guest service at Craft Restaurant in the 5-star The Bridge Wroclaw MGallery hotel. Your duties will include supporting the Restaurant Manager in operational, service, development, and training activities for team members, in accordance with brand standards. This position also includes the sale and promotion of gastronomic services and products available in the Restaurant. 

• min. one year of experience in a similar position or as a senior waiter
• basic knowledge of wines and their service
• knowledge of the English language allowing for free communication with the guest
• ability to effectively manage the work of subordinate staff
• organizational skills, multitasking, and independence
• ability to focus on guest needs while maintaining the highest professionalism
• creating a positive image of the hotel and restaurant
• impeccable appearance and high personal culture
• dynamism, accuracy, and reliability in action
• ability to work under high stress
• availability to work between 12:00-24:00
