Assist the reception sector in activities such as: Directing guests to the check-in counter, concierge, elevators, or leisure areas; Explaining the location of hotel facilities, such as restaurants, spa, and gym; Delivering and receiving room cards / magnetic keys; Answering telephone calls, among others.
