Join the catering team to work within our bar and breakfast from June to the end of August

Bar or breakfast job technique

• Prepares and serves drinks at the bar in compliance with brand standards
• Sets up and supplies the bar
• Manages stocks
• Knows all the products of the bar and the menu

Being the guarantor of the customer experience

• Manage the catering offer
• Ensure a warm and personalized welcome
• Take orders using the software & ensure payments and cash monitoring
• Be proactive and advise the client on the various services
• Be involved in achieving objectives (mastery of product knowledge, compliance with billing procedures)
• Be the guarantor of the cleanliness and proper functioning of the equipment

Being the guarantor of hygiene/safety of people & of one's environment

• Ensure the cleanliness of one's workplace by respecting HACCP rules
• Respect the instructions for use and safety of the equipment made available
• Knows and applies the safety rules of the hotel (fire...)
• Respects the commitments of the "Charte Environnement" taken by the establishment (energy saving, recycling, waste sorting...)

For breakfast;

• Welcome the client with a smile
• Clearing and resetting tables, replenishing the buffet, setup for the next day.
