Novotel Paris Est Centre de Conférence, the largest capacity venue in eastern Paris, is looking for its Rooms Division Manager M/F on a CDD contract for a duration of 5 months. The 609 spacious rooms, 18 meeting rooms, amphitheater, bar, and restaurant make our establishment a unique place that is waiting for you!
Join a team where hospitality makes the difference! We are looking for a Rooms Division Manager passionate about operational excellence, team management, and customer satisfaction. A true pillar of the customer experience, you will guarantee the quality of accommodation services while developing the operational and economic performance of the establishment. Reporting to the Directeur d’Exploitation, you are a member of the Comité de Direction and manage all activities related to accommodation. Your main missions: Operational Excellence Guarantee the quality of welcome and the customer journey. Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, safety standards, and brand procedures. Ensure the achievement of customer satisfaction objectives (Guest Satisfaction, online reviews, loyalty). Be present in the field to support teams and guarantee an irreproachable customer experience. Management Supervise, support, and develop the Accommodation teams: Reception Housekeeping
Develop skills through coaching and training. Foster a positive and collaborative working climate. Conduct recruitment, annual appraisals, and performance monitoring. Performance Management Monitor key performance indicators: Customer Satisfaction Quality Productivity Payroll Operating costs
Optimize human and material resources. Actively participate in continuous improvement projects. Revenue & Commercial Collaborate with the Revenue Management and Commercial teams. Optimize upselling (upselling, upgrades, complementary services). Ensure the correct application of the pricing strategy at the operational level. Security and Compliance Guarantee compliance with safety standards for property and people. Ensure regulatory compliance and follow-up on internal and external audits. Be an active participant in the establishment's CSR approach.
Profile sought Higher education in hospitality, tourism, or management. Significant experience in accommodation management, ideally within a large-capacity establishment. Recognized leadership and strong operational presence. Sense of customer service and a culture of excellence. Ability to unite teams around common objectives. Mastery of hotel performance indicators. Proficiency with hotel IT tools (PMS, Office 365, and management tools). Professional English is essential; a third language is an asset.
