OBJECTIVE: Be responsible for managing Reception activities, ensuring excellence standards in customer service and contributing to the increase in the unit's performance. ATTRIBUTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, coordinate, and supervise Reception activities, defining routines and distributing tasks. Control hotel occupancy and monitor reservations, ensuring the quality of guest service. Mediate conflicts and solve operational problems and critical situations. Participate in the area's budget, rate definition, commercial agreements, and creation of promotional packages. Conduct corporate projects and ensure compliance with goals, processes, and quality standards. Maintain alignment with other sectors and ensure the supply of materials and equipment. Perform team management, including selection, training, performance evaluation, and creation of schedules. Execute related activities according to the demands of the area.
Minimum: Completed higher education in Tourism, Hospitality, or compatible areas. Knowledge of internal reception procedures and interfaces with other hotel sectors. Experience with hotel management software. Fluent English. Desirable: Experience in the area or in a leadership position in Reception. Knowledge in occupancy management, reservations, rates, and commercial agreements. Experience in budget preparation and control and goal monitoring. Experience in team management (scheduling, training, evaluation, and sizing). Intermediate Spanish.
Schedule: 5x2 Hours: 11:00 - 21:00 (Mon - Thu); 11:00 - 20:00 (Fri)
