Certified Clef Verte in 2024, we work daily to reduce our environmental impact and we are committed to introducing our customers to high-quality local products.

Join the catering team to work within our bar "Le Stella Bar" starting from April 20th.

Job Technique

• Prepare and serve drinks at the bar in compliance with brand standards
• Set up and restock the bar
• Manage stocks
• Know all the bar products and the menu

Guaranteeing the customer experience

• Manage the catering offer
• Ensure a warm and personalized welcome
• Take orders using the software & ensure payments and cash monitoring
• Be proactive and advise the customer on the various services
• Be involved in achieving objectives (mastery of product knowledge, compliance with billing procedures)
• Be responsible for the cleanliness and proper functioning of the equipment

Guaranteeing hygiene/safety of people & the environment

• Ensure the cleanliness of the workplace by respecting HACCP rules
• Respect the instructions for use and safety of the equipment provided
• Know and apply the hotel's safety rules (fire...)
• Respect the "Environment Charter" commitments taken by the establishment (energy saving, recycling, waste sorting...)
