Objective: Ensure faithful compliance with the processes and procedures established for the area, as well as receive guests/customers at the front desk or by phone, meeting the standards of excellence in service and the brand. Duties and Responsibilities: Verify compliance with processes, procedures, routines, and documents according to company standards Receive guests/customers in person and by phone, providing general information Perform guest check-in and check-out, including verification of invoices and receipts Execute billing processes, self-control, and generation of bank slips Feed the system with reservation information Offer and operate the loyalty program according to established standards Perform IT backup and server procedures Act in emergency situations, calling responsible parties when necessary Mediate conflicts and deal with critical or atypical situations with guests Perform maintenance and security checklists in the hotel areas Guide the bellboy and reception assistant Perform telephone service according to brand standards Organize and maintain area files Perform shift handover according to established procedures Execute other related activities as required by the area
Qualifications: Minimum: Currently studying higher education in Hotel Management, Tourism, or a compatible field Knowledge of Pacote Office and Internet Intermediate English Desirable: Completed higher education in Hotel Management, Tourism, or a compatible field Minimum of 1 year of experience in the position or area Fluent English Intermediate Spanish
