Responsibilities and Attributes: Perform reservations and assist customers via system, email, and telephone. Receive guests according to the brand standard, providing information and support. Execute check-in and check-out, verification of documents, reservations, and compliance with lodging regulations. Act as a link between guests and other hotel areas, forwarding requests and resolving demands. Control apartment availability and avoid discrepancies between reservations and occupancy. Perform charges, issuance of invoices, closing, and cash control. Offer the loyalty program and differentiated service to habitués customers. Ensure the organization of the reception, compliance with internal procedures, and support to areas when necessary.
Minimum: High School; Office Package; Intermediate English. Desirable: Higher Education in Hotelaria, Tourism, or compatible fields; Knowledge in Customer Service and Telephone Service; Advanced English and Intermediate Spanish; Experience in the area.
