Duties and responsibilities: Receive customers and control consumption. Set up the buffet for breakfast/lunch/dinner and ensure its replenishment, as well as prepare coffee breaks for events. Serve the couvert, when necessary. Place beverage orders and assist customers in choosing the dish / side dishes. Actively sell items from the restaurant and bar menu. Remove plates and cutlery from the table after the meal. Offer dessert and coffee to customers, in the case of lunch or dinner. Once service is ended, follow the billing procedure of your operating brand. Control and replenish stocks. Perform cash control and closing. Make necessary corrections, recording them according to Autocontrole practices. Prepare loss spreadsheets and monthly inventories of utensils, beverages, and items served in the bar/restaurant/convenience store.
