/Account Manager Opportunity USA, Republic of Ireland & International Contract Markets Basic Salary £45,000 to £50,000. Are you a Contract Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Account Manager who enjoys developing client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth? Accomplish Today is recruiting for a newly created role where your understanding of international recruitment will be central to your success. Working alongside a vastly experienced leadership team, you will help develop recruitment agency partnerships across the USA, Republic of Ireland and wider international markets. This opportunity combines consultative sales, account development and relationship management, with predominantly warm enquiries and referrals alongside an established agency client base. What you’ll do You will work with recruitment agencies, directors and other decision-makers to understand their international plans, establish immediate requirements and uncover wider commercial opportunities. Your responsibilities will include: Qualifying enquiries through thorough fact-finding, establishing client needs, timescales and commercial potential. Developing existing UK agency relationships to identify international opportunities. Working with internal specialists and international partners to determine the appropriate route for each enquiry. Maintaining client engagement as opportunities progress and following up after implementation to identify further business. Keeping accurate CRM records and using pipeline activity and feedback to improve conversion. Success will come from asking the right questions, building credibility and following through consistently. What you’ll bring You will have c ontract recruitment experience and exposure to international markets, together with a sound understanding of recruitment agency operations and the commercial considerations behind contractor placements. Experience in US recruitment or the Republic of Ireland would be particularly relevant. Recruiters working across other international markets are also encouraged to apply. You will be confident speaking with clients, developing relationships and recognising opportunities beyond the initial enquiry. Strong consultative telephone skills, commercial awareness and an organised approach to managing multiple opportunities are essential.
