What You Will Do in the Tech Team Depending on your specialization (Full Stack or predominantly Backend), you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and release of high-performance services: Backend Engineering: Development and maintenance of Lambda functions, services on ECS, and REST APIs via API Gateway, using TypeScript as the primary language.
Event-Driven Architectures: Design of asynchronous flows with SNS and SQS for audit data management and integration with external services, ensuring idempotency and error handling.
Database & Storage: Modeling and query optimization, moving easily between relational databases (Aurora PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB).
Frontend Craftsmanship (for Full Stack profiles): Translating mockups into accessible and performant interfaces with React, TypeScript, Hooks, TanStack Query, Tailwind CSS, Zod, and testing suites (Vitest, Playwright).
Quality and Infrastructure: Management of Docker containers, collaboration on AWS CDK (TypeScript) stacks, and constant performance monitoring via Sentry.
Who We Are Looking For Belonging to Protected Categories (L. 68/99, Art. 1 or Art. 18).
Proven experience in software development (Backend or Full Stack) with solid knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript.
AWS Ecosystem: Practical experience with the main cloud services (Lambda, SQS/SNS, ECS, API Gateway, RDS/DynamoDB).
Databases: Solid understanding of schema design and query optimization on PostgreSQL.
Code Quality: Attention to detail, writing clean/typed code, and coverage through automated tests.
Attitude: Ownership mindset, proactivity in problem-solving, and a good level of written and spoken English.
Extra Bonus Points Knowledge of Python or experience with Firebase (Authentication, Remote Config).
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK in TypeScript).
Practical experience with digital accessibility testing tools (Lighthouse, Axe, WCAG).
Previous experience in startup, scale-up, or SaaS product contexts.
