Responsibilities
- Design and deploy high-performance AI agents used in mission-critical, production environments
- Take full ownership of the development lifecycle from problem definition through to deployment and continuous optimisation
- Partner directly with customers to understand complex challenges and implement scalable, practical solutions
- Work cross-functionally to influence product direction and improve core platform capabilities
- Build reusable systems and frameworks that accelerate future AI deployments
Requirements
- Proven experience building and scaling production systems in real world environments
- Strong problem-solving ability in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-ownership settings
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and deliver end to end outcomes with minimal oversight
- Comfortable working directly with stakeholders to solve meaningful business problems
- Clear and effective communication across both technical and non technical audiences
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
