Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather, analyze, and validate business and application requirements.
• Define and document functional and non-functional requirements to support solution design and implementation.
• Design application solutions that align with business objectives, technical standards, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with development, testing, and project teams to ensure accurate implementation of application designs.
• Act as a subject matter expert in requirements analysis and application design, providing guidance on complex solution challenges.
• Support project planning, estimation, and risk identification activities related to application design.
• Conduct design reviews and assess application performance, recommending enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
• Mentor and coach junior team members on requirements analysis, design methodologies, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and application design.
• Strong expertise in Requirements Analysis and Application Design.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise application development and system integration initiatives.
• Knowledge of application architecture principles, design patterns, and software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative delivery frameworks.
• Experience in stakeholder management and technical leadership activities.
