Senior Enterprise Technology Architect

Within Accenture's Global Architecture Excellence team, the Enterprise Technology Architecture group aims at helping clients reimagine their business and IT, combining AI-native, cloud-native and traditional technologies, industry expertise, and entrepreneurial experience to propel them into the future and to help create better products and experiences for everyone.
Our team is visionary but also hands-on, highly technical, and prides itself in being battle-hardened, lead-from-the-front technology thought leaders. Although we excel in the new and cloud-native, we also work end-to-end across a myriad of different technologies.
You are excited by business-technology alignment, enterprise technology blueprints and roadmaps, C-level discussions but ideally you also have experience in software engineering, agentic AI, DevSecOps, cloud platforms, integration platforms, enterprise applications such as Salesforce and SAP and, why not, even Cobol and mainframe.
You are interested in solving some of the hardest problems in enterprise technology and transforming and disrupting established industries, to join and help lead our growing global team. Operating across all stages of the innovation spectrum, with a remit to help our clients build the future in real time.

You will be part of a global team that helps Accenture clients define and execute technology visions and transformations, helping them create and deliver next generation solutions.
We are looking for experienced enterprise architects with strong delivery experience and deep understanding of how new technologies and the emerging new delivery approaches and architecture paradigms impact and transform the IT landscape.

An Enterprise Technology Architect, you will be responsible for:
Contributing to the sales and delivery of work covering:
Enterprise Technology Architecture North-Star Vision, Blueprints & Roadmaps
Enterprise Technology Architecture Assessments
Enterprise Technology Investment Portfolio Definition & Governance
Application Portfolio Rationalization
Supporting new and existing engagements by:
Architecting complex IT solutions based on emerging technologies for Accenture's clients
Estimating Technology Architecture solution complexity and cost
Ideating, designing and supervising the implementation of technology solutions
Performing architecture assessments and technology quality assurance reviews
Contributing to grow Accenture in its ecosystem:
Developing strong relationships with clients, becoming trusted advisors at the C-level and direct report
Developing strong relationships with technology vendors to influence emerging product strategies
Sensing the market for disruptive technologies and potential future areas of investment
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
What you'll need
Minimum of 7 years of experience in technology and/or enterprise architecture work
Good working knowledge of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or equivalent cloud service providers
Familiarity with agentic AI, software development lifecycle processes and technologies, including DevSecOps and Agile development principles
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate's degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus if you have
Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated abilities to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams and fostering collaboration among stakeholders
Proven experience in engineering and modernizing IT systems using agentic AI
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in dynamic environments
