SAP IS-U FICA Lead

About the Role

Join Accenture’s Business & Technology Integration team as an SAP IS-U FICA Lead, helping shape and deliver technology-enabled business transformation within the utilities sector. In this Manager-level role, you will combine SAP IS-U/FICA expertise, business analysis, process design, and team leadership to translate complex business needs into practical solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, evaluation, and improvement of end-to-end business processes, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP IS-U/FICA and provide functional direction across business and technology workstreams.

• Assess current-state processes, identify business and customer requirements, and define future-state processes and technology-enabled solutions.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP and broader technology solutions with business objectives.

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working sessions to gather requirements, resolve issues, and establish alignment on project goals and solution outcomes.
• Develop and maintain detailed business requirements, process flows, functional documentation, and supporting analysis.

• Analyze information and data to develop insights and recommendations that support project decisions and solution direction.
• Take ownership of team-level decisions, address issues spanning multiple workstreams, and contribute to key project decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in SAP IS-U FICA, with the ability to provide subject matter expertise for utilities-related business processes and solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools and demonstrated experience analyzing current-state and future-state processes.

• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing complex business requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively with business, functional, and technology stakeholders.

• Experience facilitating workshops and translating stakeholder needs into well-defined business processes and solution requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to address issues affecting multiple teams or workstreams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Business Process Design.
• Advanced proficiency in Requirements Analysis.

• Strong knowledge of Business Model Strategy.
• Experience delivering business and technology solutions within the utilities or energy sector.
