Integration Architect

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect to bridge business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring successful integration solutions across complex enterprise environments. This role combines integration architecture expertise with strong business analysis capabilities, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions while driving alignment across multiple systems and stakeholders.

You will work closely with business users, technology teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, shape solution approaches, and support Agile delivery teams throughout the software development lifecycle. The role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise integration strategies, drive business transformation initiatives, and contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and integration requirements across multiple applications and systems.
• Define end-to-end integration requirements and ensure alignment between business objectives, functional requirements, and technical solution designs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by recommending integration and solution approaches that address business needs while considering technical constraints and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate requirements and dependencies across multiple interconnected systems to ensure consistency and successful implementation.
• Produce and maintain business requirement documents, process flows, decision papers, and stakeholder communication materials.
• Facilitate workshops, design discussions, and requirement review sessions with business and technical teams.
• Collaborate with Agile delivery squads throughout the development lifecycle, supporting backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing activities, and solution validation.
• Identify risks, issues, and impacts across integration touchpoints and work with stakeholders to develop appropriate mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in integration architecture, systems integration, application architecture, or enterprise technology delivery.
• Strong business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, process analysis, and documentation.
• Experience working across multiple business and technology teams to drive alignment and decision-making.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, middleware technologies, and system interaction models.
• Experience supporting Agile delivery methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional development teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise transformation or modernization programs.
• Knowledge of legacy system integration and modernization approaches.
• Experience creating business cases, impact assessments, and decision documentation for executive stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and modern integration architectures.
• Experience working in multicultural and geographically distributed delivery environments.
• Relevant certifications in business analysis, enterprise architecture, Agile methodologies, or integration technologies.
