Industrials AI Reinvention Executive — Netherlands & Nordics

Accenture's Industrials Reinvention practice works with the region's most exciting industrial, automotive, aerospace & defence and transport & logistics companies — and we are growing fast. We combine decades of industry insight with leading-edge AI strategy and a full suite of reinvention capabilities to help our clients reinvent how they create value.

AI is reshaping every part of industrial business — from R&D to manufacturing and new business models. We are looking for senior profiles who can realise this opportunity together with the leadership of our industrial clients.

What you will do:

• Shape and lead AI strategy mandates — helping industrial executives move from ambition to committed investment
• Lead and deliver large-scale AI reinvention journeys across the portfolio: agentic AI in operations, AI in R&D, supply chain intelligence, workforce reinvention

• Engage C-suite leaders — CEOs, COOs, CTOs — setting the AI agenda, not responding to it
• Build and manage your own portfolio of AI mandates across accounts

• Lead and develop a team of AI practitioners with deep industrial knowledge

What we are looking for:

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale AI or enterprise transformation with industrial companies
• Proven track record in an advisory setting — originating and delivering at C-suite level

• Ability to build solid business cases combining domains such as engineering, manufacturing and new business models
• Established executive relationships in the Netherlands or Nordic industrial market

• A builder's mindset — you see the full arc from strategy to scaled impact
• Master's degree or equivalent; fluency in English

• Based in any of our Netherlands or Nordics offices
