Change Management Specialist
About the Role
Join Accenture's Talent & Organisation practice and help clients successfully deliver business and technology transformations. You will drive change initiatives, support stakeholder engagement, and enable adoption of new ways of working to achieve sustainable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of change management strategies and interventions.
- Assess organizational impacts and identify change risks and opportunities.
- Design and improve business processes aligned to client requirements.
- Develop communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption plans.
- Facilitate organizational readiness and support transition activities.
- Articulate transformation value and contribute to simple business case development.
- Help clients understand how technology impacts people, roles, and ways of working.
- Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Change Management, Human Capital, or related fields.
- Intermediate proficiency in Change Management.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to articulate value cases and develop simple business cases (e.g., how technology impacts people, roles, and ways of working).
- Ability to articulate the value case for change and leverage data to track adoption, measure outcomes, and demonstrate business impact.
- Passion for learning and applying AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies in everyday work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Intermediate proficiency in Change Analytics.
- Intermediate proficiency in Journey Management.
- Intermediate proficiency in Organizational Strategy.
- Intermediate proficiency in Stakeholder Management.
- Advanced proficiency in Communication.
