Must-have:FinTechLeadPrincipal
Accounting Lead (Finance) — Murex MX.3 Datamart | Corporate Banking Transformation | Singapore MX.3 Datamart · Back Office & Finance Reporting · 5–8 yrs · Corporate & Investment Banking
THE ROLE You’ll sit within the Datamart workstream of a live MX.3 banking transformation, owning the full Back Office and Finance reporting catalogue end-to-end — from stakeholder requirements through to UAT sign-off. You’ll bridge business needs from Operations, Settlements, and Finance Controller teams with the MX.3 Datamart reporting engine.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Gather and formalise BO and Finance reporting requirements through stakeholder workshops, translating them into BRS, FDDs, and Datamart report specs
- Configure MX.3 Datamart objects — dynamic tables (PL, CS, DT, LRB), feeders, processing scripts, and extractions — for BO and Finance reporting
- Build and maintain core BO reports (settlement instructions, nostro reconciliation, failed trades, cash blotters) and Finance reports (P&L attribution, MTM valuations, accruals, GL reconciliation, accounting entry validation)
- Reconcile Datamart outputs against onscreen MX.3 views, GL, and source systems; investigate and resolve every discrepancy
- Write and execute SIT/UAT test cases; support Finance Controllers and BO Operations staff through UAT validation
- Maintain data lineage documentation mapping report fields to Datamart dynamic table columns and the Murex FIN schema
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5–8 years hands-on in MX.3 Datamart reporting within BO and/or Finance domains in corporate or investment banking
- Solid MX.3 Datamart configuration experience — dynamic tables, feeders, processing scripts, extractions, filter conditions
- Strong SQL (Sybase/Oracle); Unix/Shell scripting and Control-M exposure
- Working knowledge of MX.3 BO module (settlement, confirmations, nostro) and Finance/Accounting Engine (P&L, MTM, accruals, accounting templates)
- Capital markets product knowledge across FX, MM, IRD, Fixed Income, Equity — BO and Finance dimensions specifically
WHO YOU ARE
Detail-driven, able to trace a P&L discrepancy all the way back to a BO event or accounting template config. You write clean BRS/FDD documentation, communicate clearly with Finance Controllers and BO leads, and manage your reporting scope independently while keeping the Datamart Lead across blockers.
