Software Developer Manager

About the Role Join Accenture in Singapore as a Technical Lead / Solution Architect, helping shape scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions across complex applications. This role combines hands-on technical expertise, architecture ownership, delivery leadership, and stakeholder engagement, while providing opportunities to strengthen cloud capabilities, pursue certifications, and mentor developing talent. Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end architecture and solution design for key applications, with a focus on scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. • Provide technical leadership across multiple initiatives, guiding development teams and promoting strong engineering and coding practices. • Engage business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements, translate needs into technical solutions, and align technology outcomes with business goals. • Support planning, estimation, execution, deployment, and production roll out of complex technology initiatives. • Participate in architecture reviews and provide technical guidance throughout the solution lifecycle. • Identify opportunities to modernize legacy systems, improve engineeringprocesses, and adopt relevant emerging technologies. • Mentor team members, encourage knowledge sharing, and help strengthentechnical capabilities across the team. • Contribute to solution design workshops covering architecture patterns, scalability, cloud technologies, and security.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and REST APIs. • Experience designing and delivering scalable applications throughout the software development lifecycle. • Practical experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. • Experience with CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins and Git. • Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies,including Docker and Kubernetes. • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, mentor developers, and maintainengineering and delivery quality. • Strong stakeholder management, requirements analysis, solution design, andpresentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications •AWS certification or another relevant industry-recognized cloud certification. • Experience supporting architecture reviews, technical estimations, andproduction deployments. • Exposure to application modernization and continuous improvement initiatives. • Experience contributing across design, development, deployment, and stakeholder engagement activities.
